LLOYDS TSB / MASTER CARD

BANK LLOYDS TSB BANK ENGLAND US I have received a Master Card statement for a Master Card that I do not and have never owned. I have contacted Lloyds TSB customer service twice eventually I spoke to a manager who could only ask questions from the idiot sheet that is annoyingly used by everyone at this bank. If you have taken out a Master Card through Lloyds TSB within the last eight months I would ask them to confirm IN WRITING that your details are safe and that YOUR STATEMENTS are not sent to any one else. To date Lloyds TSB have not had the courtesy to reply or resolve this issue. PS I did request that Lloyds TSB Customer Service to put me in contact with their Security Department their reply was "we canot from this number"?
