wal-Mart online borderline insulting customer service racist

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

My Name is Ana Bare, my husband is SGT Michael Bare currently deployed in Iraq (Enduring Freedom Operation) We are just a couple trying to purchase a laptop for my husband's mother since the beginning of the spring break.

Wal-Mart's online purchasing is a nightmare. Here's our story:

I placed an order through the Wal-Mart's electronic department. They took the order, The next step is Melissa (very nice) left a message they needed to do a verification conference with my bank. We did not receive this for days. When we did receive it, I promptly responded.

I have been a loyal Wal-Mart online customer for at least 5 years. One of the main reasons I shop there is for their excellent, no hassle service policy. Until today 03/24/08 When the customer representative at the billing department 1800 966-6546 blatantly insult me (while representing Wal-Mart) Today I got an extremely ugly, threatening, and insulting customer service.

1.He told me: "Your accent is too heavy can you speak better English..."

2.Then he ask If I didn't know how to use a phone.

3.He demanded me to use my cellphone and learn to push the flash button.

4. He refused to transfer me to a Manager or another representative when I request that more than twice

5.Finally he hang up on me 2 times!

WHAT IS A CUSTOMER LOYALTY WORTH TO THEM?

ARE THIS THE EMPLOYEES THAT REPRESENTS THE COMPANY?

THEY ARE SPEAKING UNDER WAL-MART NAME, THEY ARE REPRESENTING THEIR FIRM.

I want a proper apology for having such a heavy ACCENT!!! and for being told how ignorant I am for not knowing how to use a phone.
