Two defective stoves and no help

I bought a Kenmore freestanding gas range from our local sears store at the beginning of February. I paid for delivery but got a phone call from the delivery driver that he would not come down our small road so I had to drive 5 blocks and pick up the stove. Once the stove was installed it was discovered that the rear left burner didn't work. I called Sears to have them repair the valve and was told I could only have repairs done on Tuesday and I had to be home. I could not take off of work and was told if I couldn't be home, I couldn't have the brand new stove repaired. I was then told the only option was to have the stove replaced. After 3 and a half weeks and 7 hours on the phone with a dozen different people, the replacement stove was delivered. This stove had an even bigger problem(same model as the first stove). The left front valve leaked gas into our home for 3 days (this could have blown up our house since we were using the stove) before we had all of our gas shut off until the leak could be found. It was determined to be the stove and I called Sears AGAIN to get a replacement. That was 3 and a half weeks ago and as of today, March 24, I am still waiting for a new stove. Every time a representative from Sears tells me they will call me, I don't hear from them and I have to call. I have made 2 trips to the store to speak with the managers but STILL DO NOT HAVE A STOVE. I do not recommend buying an appliance from Sears, if you have a problem it is impossible to speak to the same person about it and they have a lot of employees who do not know what they are doing. I have spoken with at least 30 different representatives and 4 of these were actually helpful.
