Airtel is fraud

hi i am Vijeet Rathore my mobile number is +919981929678 i got a call from airtel on 4th of march that i will be getting full talktime on any top-up & recharge i will be doing between 4th of march 2008 to 10th of march 2008 i did 4 diffrent top up but i didint got full talk time on any of that
