Category: Online Shopping lost a laptop I purchased and then immediately returned in February 2008. Their site generated a return label and RMA, however the return transaction is missing in my Accunt History. There is no way to contact other than email and then they don't respond. DO NOT use until they institute some sort of viable customer service program that is responsive and user friendly.
