AFI No pay Claim Use escape clause

American Family Insurance (Claim # 00-221-084237-0827) Failed to pay out on a business policy that had coverage for theft But in their reponse they pointed to a new clause in the policy that requires that all your money has to be counted by a machine in other words they no longer will pay with any other forms of business records even if you can prove how much cash was stolen. I payed for this coverage I should get it and I feel this company acted in bad faith. Now AFI will lose my business compltely no more $1800 yearly premium over a claim of $1700 minus a deductable of $500 so over a small pay out like this AFI is willing to lose a lifelong coustumer that has lots of different insurance that is posibly worth $120,000 in lifetime future business over such a small claim and mabe yours too
