sear's grill repair and part's service contract

I have a sear's grill $2000.00 and I renewed my repair contract for 2 years$304.00. Today the repair man from sear's advised me that sears doesn't cover parts grill burners or spladder guards then what do they cover. I contacted sears by telephone and all they did was hang up on me. I tried to get ahold of headquaters too no avail.
