I notified Stores Online regarding refund and they said they had to speak to their manager and they never returned my call. At the time I was not concerned with whom I was speaking to but only concerned about getting a Return Authorization Number. They do not have a record, as this is convenient for them to lose records of customers so they are forced to keep their merchandise. Jason MacDonald, Stores Online Representative, kept calling my house trying to talk me into keeping the program and that they would help me set up the websites. I immediately disputed this notifying My World and I tried everything to cancel this in time. Stores Online did not mention the cancellation form on The Business to Business document. I only found out about this after they sent me back the Xeroxed receipt. I tried to cancel within three days and a service representative said that they would be in touch and no one contacted me. I was told to send the kit back to Stores Online and it was sent back to me. I have been trying to cancel this from the beginning. Customer Service told me that they would be in touch with me. The Quick Response chat session told me to ship it back and I did. I am having financial difficulties.
