Heritage Web Strikes Again

Heritage Web Solutions is a very very poor design company. I have had nothing but issues with there web design and update team. Customer service dept well there is none. I had some updates done and they were botched and made my site look awful and looked like I did the site. You want web site to help you business grow well not with company. I even e-mail the CEO Brad he said that he woulds assign his manager Matt to over see and to make sure that the issues are fixed. The update was so bad I had to take most of my pages off line. When I asked the manager to make them live again his response 'Im going home can this wait till the morning" I was very upset. This is my lively hood where is your sense of urgency. I am surprises that he is the General Manager. I did get a hold of another employee he did fix it for me. With out the guidance of his manager. I was also informed today thay my issues were addressed and the site is still a mess. Management form op to bottom doesn't seem to be concerned on customer satisfaction in my opinion. They are very quick to take your money.
