Deplorable treatment of my wife.

My wife is an Alzheimer's Patient as well as having suffered a stroke which means that she is totally incapacitated and bedridden. I am her primary care giver.

This past June, she was admitted to this hospital as a result of pneumonia. I had explained to the nursing staff exactly how she is to be cared for. It fell on deaf ears. During the day when I was there, she was cared for properly. I made sure of that, I'm extremely fussy when it comes to the care and treatment of my wife. I told them that her diaper needs to be checked every two hours. After I had left for the evening, God only knows what happened. After three days, my wife had open sores and redness in her private areas. She has never had that in ten years.

It immediately told me that she was left all night with wet and soiled diapers.

I reported it to the head nurse, and that went nowhere. I informed the CEO and president, William Mc Donald, same thing happened. They all tried to sweep it under the rug.

I am not letting this rest. I will fight this until the day I die, but I want EVERYONE to know the truth about the way this hospital is run.
