order from music 123 delivered to the wrong person

Dear Sir/Madam

I made an order at music123.com in january (number: 3837953) worth of 650usd that was delivered to the wrong person, because music 123 didn't give UPS the full adress, the appartement number was missing, I have proof because I made my investigation at UPS, now they refuse to pay back the money.

Can anyone help me ?
