UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE AP9 24 HR PROTECT PLUS

2 charges on my debit card from AP9 24 HR PROTECT PLUS called the # 800.211.9749 i've been on hold forever trying to get MY MONEY back, of course no answer yet. now i was just told by my bank to come by and fill out a dispute charge form, so more time and trouble

thanks for everyone who posted complaints. i googled and boom i found out what they are about

i was charged 59.85 once by 24 hr protect plus, 59.85 once by value max,and finnally 59.85 by privacy matters. i spoke with Lakashi and was given employee #1902. furthermore, she stated "the full amount of 179.55 would be credited in my account in 2-3 days. i then recieved an email from 24 hr protect plus that 19.95 would be creditted to my acct. the card number is nolonger in use by me. how can they do this. the money was for my elctricity bill. adaptive marketing is the parent company and has a no questions asked refund policy for unauthorized charge complaints which i have emailed the company as well. hopefully, they will refund the 179.55 in total... finally adaptive marketing refunded all of the charges this did take numerous emails and phone calls

I too have repeatedly received fees from this "company" and on numerous occasions I have tried to call and can't get anyone. When I get an answering machine (voicemail) I haven't heard anything back. If anyone can let us know how they resolved this. I had to get a new card. Much headaches. Not recommended to anyone.

Yes, me too, it happens every month for the past few and I just found this site.

I got the phone number from one of the folks and I am going to try and get rid of it.

I recently found that I have a charge from the same people. Who are they and why are they charging my card. I didn't buy anything on this day. Can someone please tell me who they are. I have already told my bank and they are getting my money back but I still want to know who these people think they are just talking money from people. Angie
