T-mobile False billing

Family Plan - $80 a month Plainsboro, NJ 08536 US My T-mobile bill for last month came to over $400. I have been using Tmobile Family plan for over 2 years now and has not gone over the monthly limit of 1000 minutes ever and has always paid $80. I checked my bill in detail and found that excluding the weekend and night time minutes, my total peak minutes come to only 864, while they say in the bill that its over 1900. They had not taken into account the weekend and weekday night time minutes and they refuse to acknowledge that. The Customer service rep, kept on saying that the charges are valid and there is nothing to be done. Is there anything I can do to avoid paying the absurd amount of over $400 instead of the normal $80 per month ? I have had phones lost, washedand just quit working.. I have always paid my bill and on it goes till now: I have a phone bill for over $2,600.00!!! They refuse to have any discussion as to why a misplaced phone that all of a sudden has all this foreign "Mexican" calls made from it and obviously was being abused Why let it go why not contact me?Why were some of the billings from 2months ago not on the last bill?? I may lose my happy home over this!!!
