DIRECT CAPITAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

Don't give them money upfront!!!

First they will try to get a deposit from you, making the process very easy. After you send them the deposit and sign papers they start to complicate the process and changing what they promised.

I wasted 3 weeks trying to lease a truck for my business and after putting money down ($638.00) they came back with a higher rate trying to charge me more money on the whole deal...

I had to used my business credit line to make the purchase. I would not waste any more time with this type of company. Got everything done in one day, versus 3 weeks of paper work back and forward... BEWARE!!!!

Until today a month after I did not receive the refund and they keep running around with promises. The sales woman Kimberley Mitchell sounded very helpful before, now she doesn't know anything, not even her boss extension number. Can you believe that?

I need to receive a refund for the $638.00!

I am dealing with the exact thing with this company,the sales agent Roger montplasir told me 5.92%,I made the misstake of taking his word,after sending the deposit,I ran the numbers it came to 21%.I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.Direct Capital corp needs to respond by dec 19th.they are refusing to give me a refund.
