The entire experience was miserable. The furniture was delivered several weeks past due, the movers were incompetent, and to top it off the Palliser Leather Chair was damaged.

We ordered Palliser Horizons Leather Furniture : Sofa (2) an ottoman and chair all from their top of the line collection with 5000 upgraded leather (over $4000). They shipped us a factory damaged chair. They have offered to have holes in leather repaired but that is not sufficient. This piece should never have been cleared by the factory quality control. We ordered NEW furniture - they could not sell this as new in the show room! They should replace the chair. Shipping damaged goods is no way to treat your customers.

Customer ordered a sofa suite.

Customer's son called complaining that there were holes in leather on side of chair. Father was not worried about it. Son emailed pictures.

Pictures revealed 2 small tag holes from a needle tag gun where the warranty card is attached to outside of chair. Son demanded furniture be replaced and threatned to slander us on internet of we did not replace item. This is not a defect and is a cosmetic issue. Leather does not tear or split from this, all furniture is tagged with sale or warranty info this way before it is shipped . This is not considered damaged. We said we could not replace item but authorized a leather technician come to house and fix, and this was done. Father was happy and ordered an identical set for another home on the West coast
