Despite the proof that has been presented to Spitzer's office they still have not returned more than $9 million dollars plus interest since 1998 to BREAKTHROUGH LIBRARY PARTNERS,L.P., to which has not been disputed or agreed upon concerning the amount in question. The fact is, the State of New York does owe funds that were abandoned in their prior Chemical Bank that was forwarded to the State to "hold" only. Spitzer's office has provide a "road block" concerning our claims application by asking us to provide outdated information that has been more than seven years. According to the Federal Paperwork Reduction Act, no business or establishment are required to obtain information after seven years. We have provided Spitzer's office with a Corporate Hold Harmless Form, and a copy of our EIN provided by the IRS, and a copy of our Revival certification etc. Spitzer's office should not be allowed to hesitate any longer in returning our corporate assets.
