Bad Customer Service

Moving is a big event which involves a lot of planning and research. Research I should have done before choosing "The Worst Moving Co." in international movers. After a couple of quotes I decided to go with Rosa del Monte because of their known name and years in business. Big mistake! First, when I called for a quote they tried their best to land a customer. Once I contracted them I was told my household goods would arrive in 3-4 wks and that they would take care of assembly. None of this happened. I was given false expectations from day one! My household goods arrived after 8 wks, the customer service in the Philadelphia office was horrendous. I was insulted, humiliated and not once did they apologize for the bad customer service they had provided. When the movers arrived at the house, one of the movers disrespected me and yelled at me in my own house. He threatened to leave and take my household goods and that I had to pick it up in Philadelphia. He was unprofessional and hostile forcing me to get police assistance because I feared he would get violent in my own home. All the employees in the Philadelphia office were disrespectful and had no sense of what customer service is. I tried calling the president of RDM and never was put through. I wanted to let him know what kind of employees he had, but he never got back to me. I guess he didn't care! It's a shame because it's a Spanish speaking company, however, they still have lots to learn about customer service. They will never get one cent from me or my family and friends as I will bad mouth them everywhere I go! They should learn the success of a business is based on their reputation and service. Which they have neither!
