Nail Salon

I have visited this salon on four occassions over the last two months. On my second visit one of the nail techs filed my nails so low that the nail bed bled. I promised myself that i would never utilize that nail tech again. I went in for services today, and a nail tech and pedicure tec were both working on me at the same time. during the service someone wasted polish remover on my Donald Pliner shoes but I did not notice it until I was getting ready to leave. One of the techs tried to get the spot off and more of the polish came off of the shoe. They called the owner, but she did not take responsibility for damaging my shoes. In fact, the owner indicated that my shoes were damaged when I arrived. I should have followed my first thought when I experienced my first problem with this salon. Save yourself some heart ache and time. Don't patronize this facility.
