I requested a free trial of this product. I received the product and paid the S/H. A few weeks later, I received 3 additional bottles and my debit card was charged $69. I did not request the product nor agree to receive when I requested the trial.

I am shipping back the additional bottles and have requested that they refund the money but have received no response.

I have had the same experience. Evidently, you have to notify them that you don't want to receive future shipments, which I did. I returned the last shipment, received a refund, and today have been charged again. If you discover how to stop the shipments, please let the rest of us know. Thank you.

I had the same problem. I ordered the free trail and got charged 67 dollars for refills every 3 months. I had to close my checking account thanks to the a**holes.

I also ordered the product as a free trial. However, there is information (at least there is on the website when a person orders the free trial online) that in order not to be charged the 69.00 and shipped the 3 addtl. bottles, as a part of the membership, a person needs to e-mail or call the company to cancel within 14 days. I did that and was not charged anything addtl. and did not receive any bottles of clarity2 other than the free sample. So, I believe that the problems stated are due to people not reading the information given when they request the free trial sample and not the fault of the company. If you ring/e-mail the customer service dept in utah, they will assist you. At least they assisted me and I was not charged. However, I started the cancellation process 5-6 days prior to the deadline or so to be on the safe side.

I am having the same experience with these crooks. I have decided not to fight the 69.99 charge, but have instructed them not to charge my account again, nor ship any more of their product. It's a scam.

I just started taking Clarity2... the ringing in my ears is still there and now my phone is ringing too. Please be aware, getting this "free sample" offer will also sign you up for a Marketing Blitz.
