FEE FOR DSL

A few months ago I moved out of the serving area for Verizon DSL. At the time of my move I was not advised that the area I moved to does not have DSL. So they are charging me a $99.00 fee saying that I signed a contract which I did not. All of my hook up to DSL was done on the phone. I think this is really quite unfair. After I had moved was I notified by the telephone connecting man that DSL was not available in the area.
