Nike Air Force Ones moflava123 Hwy 21 Talladega, Al 35160 US www.moflava123.com I am a soldier fighting in Iraq I placed a $124.00 custom shoe order for my little sister back home on Jan. 25, 2008. For a pair of Air Force Ones airbrushed w/ Tinkerbell. The money was taken from my bank account on Jan. 25, 2008 but my little sister has yet to receive the shoes. I emailed Daniel Fomby Jr Owner and Denise Raswell Sales/Management Feb. 25,2008 and advised them of the situation. Mr. Fomby emailed me the same day (Feb. 25 2008) and said my order would go out Wednesday and I have yet to hear from Mr. Raswell at all. To date (March 15, 2008) my little sister still has not received the shoes. We are still sending out another pair but we are adding insurance and delivery conf. on us, usually customers request insurance or delivery conf or both, but its not fair to us to be blamed for packages beig left out. This has been the 1st problem we've had like this and the last. We will send out the 3rd pair whether we believe you've received the others or not and i guarantee this situation won't happen again distoting a good businesses name due to stuff like this. We had a situation with a buyer from texas where the usps delivered a package and left it and it was stolen, he paid for insurance and delivery confirmation, he called me and said that the package was not suppose to be left without someone being there, so they reinburst him and he got another pair. So its not always the businesses fault, there are shady shoe websites out there but this is NOT one of them From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 17-Mar-08 08:18:45 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
