bill blass jeans

I only by bill blass regular jeans. Recently i purchased two pair of ladies

jeans size-8p short. I am having a problem with the zippers on both pair of

jeans. Pair number one the glasp on the slider does not lock thus the zipper

opens up and the slider comes down. Pair number two the zipper stuck together

when you try to bring it down and when you try to pull it up the zipper comes

apart. I paid 20 dollars a pair for these jeans and i cannot wear them. How can i

get these defected jeans replaced?
