Software delivery failre

Ordered tx2dir software to generate folders named individally from a list in a txt file. Paid in full by paypal, I get an email from regsoft that there was a problem with the bank who issued my credit card and they'd be happy to put my order through again. Paypal account has record of paid in full, so there was never a problem with the bank.
