SBI CREDIT CARD - WRONG COMMITMENT BY SBI

Dear Sir, i had taken a SBI CREDIT CARD. My card no. is5264********4733. When i had bought the card, i was told that there are two schemes available 1) Either I will get reward points on the purchases i make or either i will get 2% cash back on the purchases i make. I opted for the second scheme i.e. 2% cash back on the purchases which i make, i was committed cash back of 2% on purchases through SBI cards. But tolday after 5 months of usage i have not been given even a single cash back on the purchases which i make and netiher i am being given any reward points. I had contacted SBI for this they say " We are sorry for the inconvenience but nothing can be done now." Neither we can give you the reward points neither we can give you cash back. So it is my humble request to you to please direct SBI to either give me reward points for the purchases which i have made or give me 2% cash back for the purchases which i make.
