After having purchased a box of their French Vocabulary study cards and a box of their French Grammar study cards and having taken the time to examine them in detail, I discovered there was an inordinate amount of errors on their cards. In fact, there were so many bad cards that I wasn't going to spend hours reporting them all using their web site (as they suggest). Instead, I asked for my money back. Yet to this day, I have heard nothing from the company, NOTHING! I do not find a phone number on their web site. I've given them two chances to respond before posting this formal complaint. If the quality of their French study cards is any indication, I would not buy ANY of their products!

I have purchased and used their History Study Cards and found them to be extremely helpful. I sympathize with you, but I did want to say that not all the cards follow the same trend of mistakes.
