To Whom it May Concern:


My computer has been down since August of 2007.Since then I have had a technician in my home who replaced the following items.Dvd changer,cd changer,and hard drive.After they were installed I was told to download the driver and utilities disc which he installed and said it would take abut 40 minutes.that number was'nt even close,it took 24 hours to download and was still was not operable.Now there is no sound and I am still waiting to speak to someone who can speak English.I am hearing impaired and can't understand a word they say.Every single time I call service I get someone from India,ask for a supervisor and I get another of the same.My computer is probably loaded with viruses,I can't download any updates it takes 20 minutes just to restart my computer.This is only going to get resolved by putting it in the shop or having a technician come to my home.I am tired of being ignored, and with promises of a call from a supervisor.My service contract will be ending soon.
