New ATM's at Bank of America

I want to complain about the "new" ATM's that are at my branch. These new machines do NOT allow for any privacy for deposits or withdrawals.

If I don�t complain about it, then nothing gets done to change these machines back to a secure screen. I have forbid my wife from any transactions thru the ATM because �anyone� behind you or even to the side can SEE exactly what is on the screen.

Also with the scanned deposits, anyone that �may� loose that transaction sheet could have issues with all the names/addresses/phone numbers that show on the screen receipt.

Did �ANYONE� at bank of America even think �all� of this thru, I have only 10 mins with the machine making a deposit and withdraw � and seen all these security issues!

I would like a response back letting me know if this is how it is going to be with the ATM, (unsecure) because if it is, I need to re-think our banking. (And I do know that Bank of America doesn�t care of the people that have been with them for 37 years.. just another account, to BofA)

These atms are HORRIBLE!!! All my nightly deposits are messed up. First I have to bring my daughter to act as a look out because depositing cash at night in my neighborhood is just stupid to begin with (never mind just whipping it out in plain sight) & the atm will spit back bills, you do this for a spell until it just takes the money (like the other night - it just took all the money not crediting my account with all of it - just a note on the slip that the money could not be prosessed OR returned - call you bank) haha called the branch next am - call customer service - they will start a claim to get my money back- you will be notifed in 45 days...) Checks may or may not be taken - all the while you have the next person breathing down your back - forget trying to make multiple deposits. They are incrediable SLOW. I cant believe that they put these atms out & think that people will think they are any good - so much for research. So I have revamped my banking for now to avoid these atms & will look for alternative ways to bank. Banks are the rudest, greediest, con artist out there!!! Beware!!!
