Synapse Owner Shamit Khemka Abuse Employess

The company's owner �Shamit Khemka� exploits company employees by hiring them on a yearly contract and then threatening them by registering fake police complaints if employees feel to leave the job. The police officers are also supporting him a lot in this. Recently, he started beating his employees in the middle of road and though police is not taking any active actions against him. They use to take bribe from him. Also, he has made his office an entertainment place. He comes and spends time with her GF (Her manager) in his room. And if some one raise his/her voice, he starts abusing them by very rough language. I think he should be punished for the same. Under IT act, he has no rights to ill-treat the employees.

Very true, Synapse is not a place to work. Only over under pressure work, employee exploitation and one person (Shamit's dog) is always ready to open the bugs (Complaint) of employee. Never give time to perform only leg pulling, leg pulling n leg pulling. And in this scenario if any body wants to leave the company then they threat by his/her 2 yrs bond & security cheque. It�s like prison and employee did big offense so that they are here to destroy their peace and moral.

Is the desi girl no longer the in-thing in Bollywood? After Denise Richards and Kylie Minogue, it is now Brazilian model Giselle Monteiro alias Harleen Kaur of Love Aaj Kal who has expressed a desire to do more movies in Bollywood, and once again foreign glamour has cast its charm on the film industry.

While speaking about her experience of working in Love Aaj Kal, Giselle makes it clear that she likes Bollywood and hopes to get more films.

Giselle, whose Indian look has become a big draw for the film, has a lot of praise for Saif Ali Khan who helped her during the shooting of the film.

She says, "He's not just a very good actor but a good human being too. He helped me a lot during the shooting. I enjoyed working with him."

Now after working with one Khan, she has set her eyes on another Khan of Bollywood. She says, "I am a fan of Aamir Khan. I have watched a couple of his films and I want to work with him. I know he is a great actor in India."

Giselle neither speaks nor understands Hindi very well but she is eager to learn it. She says, "I speak very little Hindi. I can speak a few words here and there. While shooting for the film, since most of the people spoke in English, it was not so difficult to understand what I was supposed to do."

Asked how she got this role of Harleen, she says that she came for modeling in India through her agency and then she was introduced to Imtiaz Ali, director of Love Aaj Kal. "He liked my Indian look and that's how I got this role."

But playing the character of Harleen was not an easy thing for Giselle. She watched a lot of films from the 60s and followed her director s every instruction.

"I watched old film because my role was such. Besides this, Imtiaz helped me a lot to prepare me for my character," says she.

Remember that Mr Shamit Khemka is that person who is a GURU. Have you seen this movie?

Mr Shamit Khemka is a self made person and will grow with triple speed than the people talsk bad about him. Nobody can stop him and synapse to grow, not even god (because god is always with true/fair people).

If you have the capability and that much of good technical skills then you could be in some good company or with synapse now. and i am sure you are not working anywhere, just misutilizing your time and skills.

Hi, i am presently working with synapse and shocked after reading this all nonsense whoever wrote this. He is just a bastard who wrote this about Mr. Shamit. I know him very well and no other company CEO can support this much like he supports to his employees. The person who wrote this about Mr shamit, if ever comes in front of me and says this i will take out his tongue and will even take out his bad hands who wrote this. I mean it 200%.

The person who wrote this, if dares to speak the truth then i welcome him to synapse.

I am 100% sure he must have done something wrong in synapse due to which he had to leave synapse and now spreading bad words about synapse in market.

No COmpany gives relieving to those employees with bad character and very bad performance.

Each and every employee loves Mr shamit and do not want to leave synapse ever.

ya he is totally right. shamit hire employee just showing the company strength to the cmmi company.

After purchaging the certificate he fire all the employee (60%). He force them to sign on resigning letter. Otherwise told him to make a illegal case on them to leak the legal information of company. this is normal for him. He hire from the big companies take the work and fire them. If somebody make objection on this he started beating his employees in the middle of road and yet police is not taking any active actions against him They just earn money to hide the case. There is no way to complain against him telling police means telling shamit.

Synapse is now cmmi i don't know how he make fool to cmmi company. Just rubbish man try to understand each fact don't believe on what you show.

I think he should change his company name from synapse communication to synapse jail.

Being an old employee of Synapse, I don't agree to the above mentioned facts. It seems to be more of some personal "Grudges" which have been presented in an imaginatory story as mentioned above. Also, there is no such ill-treatment to be taken ahead in the name of IT act. Its a shame that people have started accusing a person, just for nothing.
