Good-bye Mr. Joe, you are a good man and will be missed. I really don't understand what all the fuss is about. This man is a gem.

I bought a K386 from Costco which came to me defective from the plant in Germany. I needed some clarification on the replacement policy. Mr. Joe was right there when I needed him. Heck, he even picked up his own phone. How many other CEO's do that? About six months later I had a question about where to git accessories. Again Mr. Joe was right there.

Now I hear that Karcher has changed its name to Karcher Residential Solutions and is closing down its offices. I don't know, but I suspect they are moving back to Germany like Mercedes did. "Tis a shame. Without people to represent them like Mr. Joe, they stand no chance, because in my opinion, if they do not have support from consumeers, they have no chance. The product is very good, but every company needs back-up support.
