Actona Bogart red leather sofa Plummers Furniture 12240 Sherman Way No. Hollywood, CA 91605 US The leather on the sofa we purchased began splitting and shredding within a few months of delivery. We complained to the store and they told us to purchase a leather conditioner and all would be fine. But it only got worse. We again complained to Plummers and they told us we would need to contact the manufacturer, Actona Co. I emailed my complaint to Actona and they replied that Plummers was not a customer of theirs and I should go back to the retailer. This process has been going for many months and the sofa is now in a horrible state and totally unusable. I complained to the company, but thankfull ythey had a one year warranty and offered to give me a partial refund. I refused and after almost six months I received a replacement. Now I wait to see if this one does the same thing. If it does, I will repeat the process all over again, but maybe accept the refund and get a better quality sofa.
