Citizens insurance harrassment

I have a policy with Citizens insurance for my home. I live in florida and no one but citizens writes policies in this state for home owners. I refinanced my home and got a new policy in December of 2007. Pictures of the house were taken and sent in. In march of 2008 a person came to my home and stated she needed photos of the house for the policy. She was told they had been sent in already. I got a notice that I was canceled due to under payment which was not true. The policy was paid in full. They refunded the money after prorating it and said if I wanted a new policy I should call myagent. I did and started a new policy AGAIN! I paid in full again, and was told it was $143.00 more as I'd had a lapse in coverage. What a rip off. But having no other recourse I paid it. About 3 weeks later Citizens refunded $143.00 stating it was an over payment. Now today I look out my window and soneone is looking for a way to get into my back yard. I go out and ask can I help you? She tells me she is from Citizens and is taking Photos. I tell her the whole long story and that pics were sent already again , for a total of 2 times now. I also ask why didn't she knock on the door and tell me who she was. I felt like she was sneeking around. I haven't done anything wrong, but just want to know who is on my property and why. I called the company and they say they got the pictures but haven't revewied them yet and they have every right to inspect the property any time they want. I just asked for a little courtesy in knocking on the door before running around my yard snapping pictures. This company is disrespectful to its customers and if anyone starts writing home policies in fl I want one. Insurance companies are a rip off.
