Air Decan Woes

On 12th May 2008, I had a return ticket booked from Manglore to Mumbai by Air Decan, flight no.820.I was given boarding pass nos 15 D 15 E 15 F.On reaching the Air craft , I found that these seats nos. were already issued to 3 more people who were already occupying them.The hostess Nazneen and Gayatri feigned helplessness.They called a male staff who was rude to the core and asked us to find our own seats. I asked how...?The air craft was full ...I requested to meet the captain to sort out...go and complain to any one was his curt reply....the passengers with children accomodated us.....Is this what Vijay Malliya is doling out to his consumers....I have registered a complaint with AIR DECAN " no response" as of today.

I have got all the six tickets bearing the same nos. as evidence?But nobody is intrested in seeing it.Least they can do is at least send an acknowledgement of our complaint.

What should be my next step? Any help?I had a baby travelling with me.....now you can imagine the agony I went through..
