Poor workmanship

I paid this company $29,000 to redo my kitchen. They installed the tile mural so that it slanted. They tried to correct it but were unable to. I had another tile installer redo it, at an additional cost of $700. Classic Kitchens was just not up to the job and got very nasty when I asked for a refund of the $700 that It cost to correct their poor workmanship.
