No exchange received

I shipped back 2 pair of sweatpants, to be exchanged for smaller size. I confirmed by my tracking of package, Just Gear received 5/15/08.

I sent faxes to them, numerous e-mails for status of when exchange will be made, and when new pairs coming.

No response. E-mails and faxes go unanswered.

They have no phone number listed on website or with Information.

I have been trying to get a response since the 15th.

I am ready to contact the Better Business Bureau.
