METRO PCS ATLANTA: WORST CUST. SERVICE

1. Metro PCS Cell Phone has to have the worst customer service over the phone. When you call the 1-888-863-8768 number......it is like pulling teeth tryingto get to the appropriate area. There is NO option to speak to a customer service representative......and the worst part is, if your phone is not working properly, it will give you a messge: WE CAN NOT CONNECT YOU TO AN OPERATOR RIGHT NOW, PLEASE VISIT YOUR NEAREST METRO PCS STORE.

This is the most incredulously bad service I have ever seen. And, it happened to me several times. At the METRO PCS Stores....they had no answer as to how to resolve this situation.
