Delay in repair - 7 months over

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have given my camcoder SDR H250 for service at Hyderabad, India Panasonic

service centre in the month of November, 2007.

I have purchased this handicam at Mustafa, Singapore. After that I returned

to India.

I am totally disappointed with their service. And there is no proper reply

from them.

It's already seven months over; still they haven't done any repair.

I have written so many mails and called so many times.

If they continue like this, then it will impact on all products of your

esteemed organization.

This is totally worst service I have ever seen.

I am going to file a case against this service centre at international

consumer forum, so that no consumer has to face this problem again.
