BUY.com FRAUD !!!

F R A U D ... They SOLD me an item they did not HAVE & will not REFUND me.

I purchased a 10mp digital camera and they instantly took my money. After waiting 7 working days ( when they quote (3-5) I got a robot email that the item was out of stock and they had NO date of replentishment or shipping date. I was buying this for a birthday gift. That has come and gone. I have no mmoney to rebuy the gift so I look like a jerk with the family member. NO ONE can understand why they would refund other than its just plain FRAUD .. theft by deception. I hope to save at least 1 one person the heartache they caused me.
