unfair practices, lies and threats

Phone call on another's behalf received from Chrysler Financial.. Person led me to believe they would work with customer. I got in contact and person returned the call. They (Chrysler) proceeded to belittle, harrass, and threaten the customer. She tried to make a payment at that time,..they refused to accept payment. Demanded the full amount of multiple payments.
