Site offered a customization consultation so that your modified plan meets your every want. What a lie. The only time they contact you is to tell you they need more money to finish the project. They will only do what is on their "initial quoatation form" and only to their interpretation even if it is wrong. They did not give a consultation to offer suggestions or to comment on the plan as promised. They put light switches behind doors, made door openings smaller, shrunk the sink to "make it fit". Dimensions did not add up. Save yourself $8.000 by opening up paint and changing the design yourself and you will do a better job.
