I purchased a liner from Isalnd rereational last Feb. 07. They came to install it the end of May.07. It wasn't the one I ordered. They never called to say it was dicontinued. I'm stuck with the one they put in. The return gasket leaked. The pillows you put in the pool for winterizing leaked. One after a week. I called to say the return leaked. They were going to charge $50.00 to fix. I fixed it. Then the coping that held the uprights were loose. They never tightened down the screws!!!!!! I had to tighted all 12 of them. Then the gasket that runs around the liner came off. Another $50.00 to fix. I took the top off myself and put the gasket back. Again I had to tighten the screws that held the clips on. I'm going to have to take the copings off and tighten up all the clips. This is dangerous for my Grandkids who use the pool all summer. Island Rec. has been a real nightmare. Thank God Harrows is back. I've never had a probem with them. I will not recommend Island Rec. to anyone. I bought my pool from Harrows and my kids put it up ten yers ago. Never had a problem with anything. The people they hire to install pools are not compenate at all. P Maggiulli
