Came home from a weekend away to find flashing lights on modem. Computer was left in sleep-mode.

Called technical support who patched me to security. Security informs me I have the "Arbor bdof attack ID virus" and my computer was denial-of-service-attacking a particular website, and therefore suspended.

I called back not finding any references to any "Arbor" virus... the same security person offers no more assistance identifying the virus, and won't tell me the name of the website in question to "protect their identity".

Regardless I don't give a care as to why, and I also don't give $245 a month to Rogers anymore. They've lost all my business, cell-phones, TV, internet...

...and the next time they call me (always during dinner) trying to solicit "Rogers Home-Phone" will be an educational experience for their representative.
