Sir,

i am having CRISP (Copy Related Integrated Service plan) from Infres Methodex Ltd.

from 14-3-2008 to 13-03-2009, in which they have decided that i have to pay 8.50 INR + Tax for A3 Size & 6.25 INR + Tax for A4 Size per each copy. shall provide free of charge as limited by condition above, all spares and consumables (except power, staples, paper and other output copy materials) for the proper operation of the equipment as and when necessary. shall give a discount of 1% of the copies made during the month towards service copies and wastage and as a gesture of goodwill.

now i am having service contract.... during this period we have a problem in machine, that when I print something from computer to machine.. the machine counts two times for each one print.....

so that is the problem...whenever when i print a copy from my computer the machine will count's it two times... (Head Office) Infres mthodex Ltd. New Delhi, India. Branch in Ahmedabad.

From Infres the engineer has told that it is our mistake that in the machine mode has been changed...

Once it was happen before few months & the company has given me some funds...

Now it is happening once again so now the company is refusing to pay me back. how many time i have to pay more and more it's means that there is something problem with the machine.

which your engineer can't solve the problem ...... ones it was happen and your engineer told

that it was by mistakes..... how many time this type of mistake we can handle............

it is not this time................ it is your engineer duty to solve it properly second times happening & further don't know how much time it can happen....

your engineer has told that it is not possible as we have given password. so if we don't know the password.......... then who is troubling us.........

sir i am requesting u to please take further action regarding my problem to my machine....

as your duty is not over... after selling the machine......
