Don't buy from this company.

Ordered Stepmill 7000 on March 25. I too was told I would received it in 2 weeks. After 2 months and many phone calls I was told they did not have them in stock but I could upgrade to a brand new one for $600 more. I just wanted a refund. They said they would process it. Now 4 weeks later, they are saying I have to pay 20% cancellation fee even though they don't have my item in stock. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
