Alltel fraud and billing overages

Alltell who I have been a loyal, longterm(over 5 years)and ontime bill paying customer of; has recently taken it upon themselves to,lie,cheat and steal in anyway they feel nessary.From people at the local level attaching unrequested features to service and lying about it to get their numbers up. (this has happened on multiple occasions) To people trying to give me some relief understanding that service has not been changed but still letting me know that the company insists on charging me twice every month for services never recieved or altered.
