Poor Services from Airtel Blackberry

Hi,

I have been using 3 mobile phones and 2 landlines from Airtel. My Bb phones were giving some problem bt the kind of services they provide at South Ex centre is forcing me to move to Hutch. The 8800 Blackberyy is under warranty but they asked for 6500 fee for repair. The other BB Pearl 8100 is not under warranty and was told to pay 16000 for repair.If Airtel people look at this call me to understand how i felt at their service centre.
