Sun Block- NOT BLOCKING!

I used the sun block on my 9 year old continuously throughout the day while he was playing in the pool. That evening it was painfully obvious that my son was BURNED- ironically only where I had applied the sun block! In an attempt to contact Banana Boat via email and attach a photo- I found the only way to contact or comment was an automated 800 line. Nice customer support!
