Failure by realarcade to cancell subscription

I have had complete dissatisfaction with my plees to have 19/06 00:00 000999 RN *REALARCADEGAMEPASS 866-420-5832 US cancelled. they place many hoops to jump throughto cancel and as I am a pensioner from the Vietnam War I have enough difficulty (and so do many others) without being unable to stop this payment. I have never used the Realarcade. Why vcan't they stop it on request
