Customer dissatisfaction

Customer dissatisfaction I am writing to tell you of a horrible experience I had at one of your Gulf gas stations. I broke down with a flat tire across the street from the Shell Gas Station on Northern Blvd (25A) and Glen Cove Rd in Long Island, NY. The manager of the station first said he would have the mechanic go with me to change the flat, I waited for 1 hour but he still did not let him go to help me.
A driver from AAA delivering a tool chest on a flat bed truck came into the station, I asked him if he would change the flat for me, he said he didn't have the equipment but would transport my car across the street for $50.00 to the Shell station. I thought that was a lot of money so I said no. Then I saw the two men talking, the AAA driver and the manager of the Shell station, the manager of the station then said he would not send the mechanic to change the tire, but he could transport the car across the street to the station for $30.00. The manager made me wait for 1 hour, saying he would send someone from the shop to help me, he all of a sudden changed and said I need the car flat bedded ACROSS THE STREET!!! We were looking at the car while we were speaking. The AAA driver and the manager most definitely arranged the scam to rip me off. I don't know if the Shell Oil Corp. has control over the gas stations, this location should be looked into. What kind of people do you have to represent your company. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
