i lost my job with this company over being honest with people! when they wanted us to lie ! their randon caller system called people on the do not call list and myself and other workers would put them on the do not call list in the computer and the people still got called. and myself and other workers told the manager. and nothing was done. so they let me go over that. something that was not my fault. it was theirs. they didnt send me a cobra insurance letter. and got a insurance card in the mail. and i had paid a month in advance for it. and they never told cigna insurance i was no longer with them. and i did and cigna told me it was still usable. so i used it. for a year i was covered. and 8 months down the road. i started getting calls from the hospital and doctors offices that i had to pay all the money back. the cigna wanted their money back from them. here im the victim. and they are the ones that got my money. and lie bout it. just because of their own fault of maybe having to pay a fine for their own stupidity. and negligents. and i can say this. the consumer is in the right. westgate resorts and central florida investments are in the wrong. they are a big scam. asking for credit card numbers and charging folks and mistreating them big time. and not refunding their money . and making lies and saying the customer is wrong. not so. the company is not a honest company to do business deals with at all.
