re:Unwelcomed e mails from Saks Fifth ave Chicago store

Dear Government agencies or Bureau:

I do not wish to recieve any e mails from Saks fifth ave store Chicago location. I will never shop at ths store due to the harassment from marketting and model promotional pr person.and where applicable I am filing a abuse complaint againstthe party that has sent a email from a chicago store. I have subscribe this is not desired outcome I seek this person to face jail time ALL involved as desired out come, I seek this person immediate arrest. for emotional distress and loss of employment.
